BossOrToss is where corporate legends are crowned… and chaos gremlins are exposed. It's part satire, part social experiment, part "why did no one make this sooner?"

What is this?

It's a voting arena for real-life executives. We're talking CIOs, CTOs, VPs, and the occasional walking HR incident. Users anonymously vote on leadership performance using public LinkedIn data and submissions. No logins required, no snitching involved.

Is this serious?

Nope. And yes. Kind of.
We’re not trying to take down anyone. BossOrToss is a tongue-in-cheek way to vent, celebrate, and call out leadership behaviors — all based on public profiles and anonymous votes. Think of it as Glassdoor meets a roast, but with cartoon avatars.

Where do the profiles come from?

All profiles are pulled from public data — mostly LinkedIn — and user submissions. We never scrape or store private info, and we encourage everyone to only submit people who are already publicly visible (you know, like the guy doing 10 keynotes a year on digital transformation).

Why did we build this?

Because we’ve all had That Boss. And also That Boss who changed our lives for the better. We wanted a place to recognize both — anonymously, irreverently, and with just enough sarcasm to keep it fun.

Is this legal?

BossOrToss is satire and public commentary. We stick to public figures, public data, and community moderation. If you think something shouldn’t be here, please email us and we’ll take a look.

Who’s behind this?

A small crew of techies who’ve seen too many “quick syncs” spiral into existential crises. We stay anonymous so our current bosses don’t vote us off the island.
